How the enquiry form and email communication work.
Submission security
To limit duplicate submissions and abuse, the application retains random request references, submission status, timestamps and hashes derived from IP addresses in its records. Duplicate checks cover the last 24 hours; older records are removed when a new submission is processed. Form content and SMTP passwords are not written to these records. Separate hosting access logs and email service records may also exist.
Preparing an enquiry
Your details are first used to prepare a draft in your browser. When you select “Send enquiry”, the form service hosted on DreamHost sends your enquiry to Arasta by email for assessment. The application does not store the form content in a database or persistent browser storage; the email is retained in the recipient mailbox. Form fields may be lost when you leave the page.
Contact by email
The “Open in email application” link opens the email application on your device. You send the message from that application. You can attach photographs or technical documents yourself.
Links and analytics
This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Map and technical reference links lead to other websites, which have their own data processing terms.
